The solid Hemlock Pattern 2XG doors finish at 44mm thick and are manufactured using the traditional mortice and tenon construction which makes them far stronger and longer lasting than using an engineered construction.  They have a 9mm Marine ply panel at the bottom of the door. The doors are pre sanded but are not finished and would need to be sealed with an appropriate stain/paint suitable for external use to avoid warping. As with any natural material, colour and graining does vary and this is to be expected.
