The internal solid Pattern 20 doors finish at 40mm thick and are manufactured using the traditional mortice and tenon construction which makes them far stronger and longer lasting than using an engineered construction. The doors are pre sanded but are not finished and would need to be sealed with an appropriate stain/paint suitable for internal use to avoid warping. As with any natural material, colour and graining does vary and this is to be expected.
